Job Description:

position of Door Attendant at our prestigious hotels. As the
frontline ambassador, the Door Attendant will have the opportunity
to utilize their excellent communication and guest service skills
to enhance the experiences of guests from around the world. This
role is crucial in instilling a sense of welcome and comfort,
upholding Marriott's commitment to superior service and quality
hospitality in our over 8,000 properties across 139 countries.
Greet guests warmly and assist with their immediate needs upon
hotel entry and exit. Manage the flow of guests and luggage at the
hotel entrance efficiently. Coordinate with the concierge and front
desk teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs. Assist in
hailing taxicabs and other vehicles for guests. Provide guests with
information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Handle
guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a courteous and
professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills Strong
interpersonal skills Ability to handle luggage safely Good
time-management skills Certification in Hospitality Management
(preferred but not mandatory)
