Bishop & Company is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist in the downtown Honolulu area. Ideal candidate will have experience in banking,

Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable and payable transaction processing.
• Processing of financial statements (cash flow, Income & Expense, Balance sheet). Setup, update and close system records.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • Accounting experience in general ledger and reconciliation.
  • High accuracy in processing.
  • Looking for a self-starter, quick learner and team player.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
    
  • Education: College Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least three years of accounting and office experience
    preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a PC/computer based software to include word processing, spreadsheets and database programs.
  • Other Job Qualifications: Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills. Strong research, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Additional Information:
    
    • Position Type: Temporary Opportunity for 3 Months
    • Pay: $19-22/hr
    • Please note client does have a covid mandate in place
    • Location: Downtown Honolulu, HI 96813
    • Parking: Not Provided
    • Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 7: 30 am - 4: 30 pm, overtime as required
