We’ve also earned accolades for the remarkable work of our dedicated Team Members throughout our resorts, call centers and corporate offices. /n SCHEDULE DETAILS: Our Bilingual In House Marketing Concierge will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. /n /n ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: /n /n - Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests and visitors. /n - Provide concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities. /n - Distribute approved promotional information and providing excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image. /n - Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs. /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n /n What are we looking for /n /n Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. /n To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: /n /n - Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience. /n - Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn. /n - Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. /n - High School diploma or equivalent. /n - Japanese/English Bilingual (speak, read and write). /n /n It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: /n /n - 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry. /n - Thorough understanding of the island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island. /n /n /n We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
