Contract-to-Hire LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an
experienced Account Management professional to support underwriting
services within Property & Casualty programs. This role plays a
critical part in policy administration, client service, and
operational support for underwriting and claims-related activity.
The ideal candidate brings strong insurance experience, exceptional
attention to detail, and a dependable, collaborative approach. This
is a 6?month contract?to?hire opportunity with an ASAP start.
Location: Honolulu, HI - Honolulu, HI 96813 Compensation: Rate:
$45/hr / Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months) Benefit

criteria. Work Hours & Schedule: Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM -
Hybrid / 3 days in office Industry Standard Day-to-Day
Responsibilities Proactively support Brokers across all aspects of
policy management, including policy updates, document preparation,
proposal development, and presentation materials. Perform a range
of administrative and clerical functions such as photocopying,
scanning, faxing, word processing, digital filing, and document
maintenance. Prepare and issue client invoices, research billing
discrepancies, and resolve issues to ensure accurate and timely
records. Assist Brokers with coverage questions, endorsements, and
program modifications to maintain up?to?date and accurate P&C
policies. Build and maintain effective working relationships with
small clients and internal colleagues to support service delivery.
Support claim?related activities and underwriting operations across
Property & Casualty lines. Assist in the expansion and operational
support of existing insurance programs. Enter new bonds, upload
policy documents, update client demographic records, and process
renewals under moderate supervision. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 years of experience , ideally within
insurance, underwriting support, or account management roles.
Strong experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including
underwriting and claims support. Technical & Professional Skills
Solid understanding of insurance operations, coverage structures,
renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing workflows. Strong
administrative, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability
to manage competing deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Proficiency with standard office tools and insurance documentation
systems. Soft Skills (Team Fit & Personality Requirements)
Trustworthy - reliable with confidential and sensitive client data.

consistent high?quality work. Strong communication and
relationship?building skills. Dependable, collaborative team
contributor with a client?first mindset. Pay Details: $40.00 to
