Job Description:

Office Coordinator (1 positions available) The Office Coordinator position requires a multi-disciplined individual with a college degree in General Business, Marketing, Sales, or Information Technology. Some of the duties include preparing and sending out agreements and policies, light technical documentation, accounting tasks, reviewing timesheet drafts, filing and photocopying, maintaining office equipment for 24x7 operations. Errands to mail box, photocopy center, and other such places as needed. Assist in preparing marketing materials and limited event planning. Greet visitors and determine accessibility of executive management. Communicate with vendors to request for product information and research. Schedule client visits for technical staff and subsequent follow up to ensure client satisfaction. Assists with the monitoring of project phases to ensure projects are completed on-time and with-in budget. Minimum Requirements: - Knowledge of employment and tax laws - Able to manage and maintain executives' schedules - Type 55+ wpm, fast and accurate 10-key by touch - Proficient with Microsoft Office software - Good math and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Able to conduct presentations to small groups - Enjoys using and learning about new technology - Driver's license and motor vehicle; clean driving record
