Job Description:

Growing countertop company in Waipahu Hawaii is seeking a highly motivated Purchasing & Scheduling Coordinator. Hours will be Full-Time Monday through Friday. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is detail oriented and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • General office - Incoming/outbound calls, data entry, filing, faxing, email
  • Process sales data, quotes and purchase orders
  • Ordering and scheduling materials for jobs
  • Communicate/follow-up with clients regarding their questions and requests
  • Check box stores portals daily for updates or changes.
  • Professionally deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Works closely with operating company managers through emails and phone calls as necessary to ensure that all required information is collected and reported Qualifications:
    • High school diploma, trade school, or some college preferred
    • Excellent phone skills, computer knowledge
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent data management
    • Resourceful, organized and dependable.
    • Experience with scheduling/estimating software (eg. Moraware) preferred but not required.
    • Willing to train the right person.
