Job Location: Downtown HonoluluCompensation: $40,000-
$45,000/yearEmployment Type: Direcy Hire - Full TimeWork Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide
information to callers.
- Manage office communications, including emails and
correspondence.
- Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and
presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
etc.).
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and
electronic.
- Manage office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place
orders as needed.
- Assist with invoicing, including generating invoices, tracking
payments, and resolving discrepancies.
- Purchase materials for jobs, including obtaining quotes,
placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to estimators and other
team members.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical
procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience assisting estimators.
- Experience with purchasing and invoicing.
