As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable transactions and general office support.Compensation:The approved salary range for this role is $45,000 - $48,000 annually, dependent on experience and location.Responsibilities

• Ensures invoices are properly coded to the correct general ledger account code.
• Prepares weekly priority payment list.
• Assists with inquiries from external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process.
• Performs data entry of all Hawaii-related payables including agency expenses, media and production invoices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Detail-oriented.
• Basic understanding of accounting best practices and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.Working ConditionsGeneral office environment. Work is generally conducted at a desk with a personalized computer provided by the company. The working environment is pleasant, with adequate lighting and temperature, and no hazardous or uncomfortable conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.Job Requirements:Minimum:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Preferred:
• Experience with billing system, NetSuite.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting.
