Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Account Management: Handle the initiation and servicing of various financial products, including consumer and commercial deposit accounts, CDs, and secured/unsecured loans and lines of credit. Client Relations & Sales Support: Engage directly with clients (in-person, phone, and email) to provide exceptional service, process requests, and identify opportunities to responsibly expand the 'Mass Market' client portfolio. Operational Excellence: Execute essential banking functions such as processing official checks, preparing wire transfer requests, and managing loan documentation. Ensure all processes strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Administrative & Team Support: Manage administrative tasks for the department, resolve client inquiries and issues independently, and collaborate with team members, acting as a reliable backup for core operations. Specialized Service: Potentially assist with specialized services like client bill payment management and provide high-quality service to Japanese-speaking customers.
