a Bank Account Specialist to be a vital part of the team, ensuring

various daily back-office tasks, such as product maintenance,
high-volume monetary transactions, and managing returned items.
Compliance & Risk: Processing items related to regulatory
compliance, legal requirements, and essential ACH and lockbox
services. Issue Resolution: Utilizing your expertise to
independently research and resolve complex operational problems
with minimal supervision. Customer Support: Acting as a point of
contact for internal and external inquiries, resolving issues, and
delivering high-quality customer service. Process Improvement:
Contributing to procedure updates and maintaining detailed Key
Performance Indicator (KPI) logs. Regulation Knowledge: Applying
your understanding of state/federal banking regulations and
internal policies to all daily tasks. Requirements: High school
diploma 1 years of proven experience in a banking/financial
environment Strong understanding of core bank products, services
