Dispute Specialist for a financial institution in the Honolulu
area. Join our client's team to provide excellent customer service
by handling Mastercard, Zelle, and ACH dispute claims in a call
center environment. You'll intake calls from customers, branches,
and other call centers while ensuring compliance with regulatory
timeframes. Minimum Qualifications: Banking experience Customer
service background Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and good follow-through Familiarity with
account transactions and the dispute process preferred Time
management and critical thinking skills Ability to work under
pressure Proficient with a 10-key calculator and typing Knowledge
of MS Office Additional Information: Type: Temporary-Hire
Opportunity Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00-5:00pm Pay: $20/hr
