Job Description Job Description Bishop & Company is seeking a
Retail Administrative Assistant for a well-established energy
company in Kapolei. Position provides administrative support to all
Retail departments under the Retail Project Manager.
Responsibilities include delivering items to retail locations
statewide (e.g., uniforms, loyalty punch cards, COI requests),
managing supply and uniform inventory, organizing office and
marketing materials, maintaining digital folders, and tracking
project updates from external vendors. Key Responsibilities: •
Support invoice processing for merchandising-related expenses •
Track and process invoices and maintain expense budget • Review and
approve office invoices • Creating check requests • Manage new
vendor process • Obtain quotes as directed • Assist with organizing
and supporting events • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing
agendas, and taking notes • Manage Active Learner due date
reminders • Coordinate manager meetings • Manage weekly
communication acknowledgement forms • Coordinate and send out
weekly communication email Other duties: Promote and maintain a
high standard of safety, reporting hazards and ensuring compliance
with laws and company policies. Collaborate across teams to deliver
projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards,
fostering open communication and teamwork. Maintain and update
operating standards, emergency procedures, and related documents
Lead and manage special assignments and perform other duties as
needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma required Associate
degree in business or retail preferred 2–5 years working in an
office environment Excellent planning, organizational, project
management, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work
cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable with regular travel to store
locations on Oahu as well as neighbor islands Ability to work in a
flexible work environment while maintaining deadlines and
deliverables Must be able to lift up to 25lbs Preferred
Qualifications Previous experience in Retail Industry Background.
Overall Knowledge Of Retail Store Operations Is Desirable. Project
Management Experience Is Desirable. Additional Information: Job
Type: 6 month Temporary Opportunity with possibility of Temp-Hire
Pay : $20-25/hr Location : Kapolei Travel : position will require
Travel on Oahu and neighboring island, (20-25% of time) Benefits:
