Part-Time Administrative Assistants to join our clients' teams on

communities. What You’ll Do: As a key administrative supporter,
you’ll provide essential clerical and organizational assistance,
helping maintain smooth operations across divisions. Your
day-to-day responsibilities will include managing databases,
preparing reports, supporting internal and external communications,
and utilizing various software tools to ensure accuracy and
efficiency. You’ll also have opportunities to travel to different
site locations and collaborate with diverse teams, making a
tangible impact on community infrastructure projects. Required
Skills: Proficiency with personal computers and applications
including spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and
presentation software Strong organizational, research, and
administrative skills Excellent communication and active listening
abilities to address customer concerns Ability to handle sensitive
information with confidentiality Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
Valid Hawaii driver’s license Ability to work under pressure, adapt
to changing priorities, and remain flexible Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Customer Information Systems and GIS web
applications Knowledge of company policies, safety protocols, and
manual procedures Prior experience in a fast-paced office
environment with direct customer interaction Bilingual skills or
additional language proficiency is a plus Preferred Education and
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ administrative or clerical
experience in fast-paced settings Educational background in
business, administration, or related fields is preferred but not
mandatory Other Requirements/Additional Information: Ability to
work in-office two days a week (preferably Tuesday and Thursday).
Remote only to make up difference in hours. Working Hours
7:00am-3:30pm Capacity to travel between sites on Hawaii Island for
meetings and project support Reliable internet connection for
remote work Availability to start around March 1, 2026, with an
initial contract of approximately 12 months Parking available on
