Position Summary:A member of the Marketing & Development team, the
Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing &
Development and is responsible for all day-to-day marketing
activities, while supporting the other members of the department in
achieving overall department goals.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Brand Development
- Under the direction of the Director of M&D, develops the
overall marketing strategy for the organization. This includes but
is not limited to:
- Brand Development
- Messaging
- Creative Execution
- Media Placement
- Promotional Partnerships
- Collaboration with partners/vendors (PR Agency, Creative Team,
SEM company, Printers, etc.)
- Printed Marketing Materials
- Brochures, Flyers, Agency Resources, etc.
- Impact Report
- Printed Newsletter
- Digital Marketing
- Website
- E-blasts
- Social Media
- Content Calendar
- Video Stories
- SEM
- Evaluation of reports (for all areas) to develop an ongoing
strategy
- Direct Mail Solicitations
- Development of Story Idea
- Creative Execution
- Coordination with Printer and Mail House
- Monitor/Tracking
- Promotional Items
- Community Outreach
- Speaking Engagements
- Expos
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including
advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication
style for interacting with team members and upper management
- Time management and organization skills in order to plan and
execute both large and small marketing projects and
initiatives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas
to increase demand
- Able to represent Navian Hawaii professionally and conduct
business in an ethical and confidential manner.
- Ability to work harmoniously with a broad range of staff,
volunteers, and the community as a representative of Navian
Hawaii.
- Demonstrates good judgment in seeking and accepting guidance,
facilitates clear and honest communication with other team members.
- Demonstrates ethical conduct and judgment that is in harmony
with the mission and values of Navian Hawaii
Experience/Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications,
Healthcare Administration or other related field
