Job Description:
Avis Budget Group is seeking a dedicated Lube and Tire
Technician to join our dynamic team within the automotive services
sector. This role focuses on maintaining optimal performance and
safety of a diverse fleet of vehicles, embracing Avis Budget
Group's commitment to delivering superior service and customer
satisfaction. As a Lube and Tire Technician, you will be
responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and tire
changes, ensuring every vehicle is in the best possible condition
for customer use. This position offers the opportunity to work
alongside industry experts in a fast-paced, innovations-driven
environment. Perform oil changes and lubrication work on vehicles
according to schedule. Install, repair, and replace tires, and
conduct wheel alignments. Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections
to assess maintenance needs. Maintain detailed records of serviced
vehicles. Follow all safety protocols and workplace policies.
Collaborate with team members to improve shop efficiency and
quality of service. Proficient in using tools and equipment
required for tire and lube service. Strong understanding of
automotive maintenance and repair. Ability to follow diagrams and
repair manuals. Strong problem-solving skills. Effective
communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in
tire and lube preferred.
