Job Description:
Avis Budget Group is seeking a Maintenance and Damage Manager to
oversee the upkeep and proper functioning of our diverse fleet
across multiple locations. The role demands a proactive approach in
managing the maintenance staff, and an innovative mindset in
streamlining operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs,
while ensuring all our vehicles meet high standards of safety and
customer satisfaction. Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance
procedures and damage control strategies. Manage budgets and
forecasts for maintenance operations. Supervise and train
maintenance and repair staff. Conduct regular inspections and
audits of facilities and vehicles. Liaise with vendors and
contractors for maintenance equipment and services. Ensure all
maintenance activities comply with company policies and government
regulations. Report on maintenance and damage control activities to
senior management. Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills Proven ability
to manage budgets and control costs In-depth knowledge of
automotive maintenance and repair Proficiency in maintenance

(CAFM) Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is
