This is a HUD and Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates will have 1 years of janitorial preferably in an apartment community setting. Position requires light maintenance experience. Basic computer skills are required for training. Salary range: $18.05 - $25.65 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $18.05 - $21.85 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Assists the Maintenance Technician as needed with repairs and common area cleaning. RESPONSIBILITIES Sweeps, Mops, Scrubs and Vacuums Common Area’s Empties Common Area Trash Maintains all Parking Areas Sweeps and Blows all Landings, Power Washes as Needed QUALIFICATIONS 1 Year of Related Janitorial or Grounds Experience CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
