Job Description Job Description Bishop & Company is seeking a Service Consultant for a financial organization in Honolulu, HI. The preferred candidate will possess customer service experience and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in phone-based interactions with customers. Full-time and part-time shifts available. Job Duties: Assist customers with a specific product line (i.e. Deposit accounts, Credit Card accounts). They will be trained in the following areas: basic product knowledge anticipate call types for the products they’re supporting process/procedures for handling requests system navigation to look up account information and/or procedures Assist with Core conversion related inquiries (i.e. “before” and “after” conversion product info) Complete all other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment. Shift will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training. High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the 1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information. 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment Additional Information: Job Type : Temp- Hire Opportunity, full time & part-time shifts available. Pay : $20/hr Location : Honolulu, HI 96818 Parking : Provided on site Work Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary) Call Center hours are 7:00 am-7:00 pm, 7 days a week - shifts may vary based on business need. Agents must be available to work on weekends.
