Avis Budget Group, a globally recognized leader in rental car services, is looking for a Rental Lot Representative to join our vibrant team. This role focuses on managing the operations of our vehicle rental lot, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused experience. As a Rental Lot Representative, you will oversee the preparation, organization, and readiness of our diverse fleet of vehicles, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure features are functional before and after rental periods Organize the parking lot to maximize space and maintain an orderly layout Prepare vehicles for customer rental, including cleaning, refueling, and scheduling maintenance Assist customers during the vehicle check-out and check-in process Manage vehicle inventory to track rentals, returns, and maintenance Coordinate with customer service teams to enhance service delivery and address client issues Maintain accurate records of vehicle status and availability Strong organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and moving vehicles Proficiency in using inventory management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
