**_Job Title:_**VP, Engineering - End-Point**_Role Overview:_**As Vice President of Engineering, you will lead the teams responsible for the development of the largest Endpoint Security product portfolio. In this role you are responsible for developing vision, strategy, execution and operations of the security products most trusted by our customers. You will drive the engineering team to adopt and improve on the best from both sides of the Trellix Engineering organization.Reporting to the SVP, Engineering, you will work closely with executives and other business stakeholders to deliver industry leading security outcomes for the largest enterprises in the world. You will help drive product strategy to grow revenue and capture market share while leading a team with deep expertise in endpoint security. More at https://trellix.com .**About the Role:**+ You will lead the strategy and the execution of securing our customers physical and virtual Endpoints against emerging threats in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.+ Hire, grow, manage and lead from a geographically dispersed engineering team; grow leaders and develop a high-performance organization.+ Define, communicate, plan, align and execute a vision and strategy for our Endpoint solutions portfolio. This includes prioritizing, determining resource and allocation needs, strategic development and product strategy, and creating a decision-making framework that can be used to evaluate new product opportunities+ Shape and champion the future direction for the business unit to meet the changing needs of our clients and the market, inspiring teams within the business unit and cross functionally+ Research, synthesize, and develop deep expertise on the landscape, trends and future direction of the cybersecurity market to ensure Trellix remains visionary in its solutions+ Review product strategy regularly with business leaders to ensure alignment with top priorities and key business initiatives. Work across teams to drive initiatives, allocate resources, and achieve joint goals+ Improve overall collaboration between the technology groups in different geographical locations+ Drive continuous improvement, leading the organization through change initiatives to deliver better and more effective performance.**About You:**+ The ideal candidate will have a Masters in Computer Science and 12+ years of experience in leading large organizationsacross security, software, DevOps, architecture and Platform engineering+ A proven track record of achieving objectives for timely, high quality product releases and ensuring the field organization is enabled to successfully deliver on revenue targets+ The ability to develop an extended product roadmap which positions Trellix for long-term growth and success towards becoming the market leader in selected security solutions+ You possess technical expertise and operational experience to deliver technology solutions at scale+ You bring years of product leadership experience in a product led company, developing and executing against a product roadmap that delivers revenue growth+ You understand the evolving threat landscape, the outcomes Trellixs customers need to achieve and the capability requirements that customers have+ Youve successfully developed new functionality and innovative products in the enterprise technology infrastructure sector with market success+ You are an effective team leader, able to inspire a large organization of engineers, create strong morale and spirit, and build an open, inclusive culture across multiple, geographically dispersed offices and remote workers+ You bring strong collaboration skills, effective at influencing across a large, global company with complex go-to-market and resource balancing requirement+ You are comfortable Interacting at an executive level on strategic product direction, including interacting with senior company leadership on complex processes and applying strong judgment and analysis toward important product led outcomes+ You bring experience building and leading expert product, data science, analytics, and engineering teams comprising both leaders and individual contributors, and are adept at figuring out ways to position your people for success+ Ability to prioritize & handle multiple requests concurrently and consistently deliver superior results in a timely fashion.+ You are collaborative, diplomatic, and humble.
