Director of Revenue Operations

We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to level up our
marketing team performance as we aim to aggressively grow our
business over the next four years. The Director of Revenue
Operations will focus on the middle of the sales/ marketing funnel
and be responsible for driving quality marketing leads to the Sales
team, partnering with the rest of the Marketing organization. This
is a critical role in bridging the Marketing and Sales functions to
drive attainment of overall company Sales goals. As the Director of
Revenue Operations, you will ensure that ProService has world class
inbound and outbound management of leads with a heavy focus on
effectively responding to consultation requests, capitalizing on
nurture activities and managing a team of BDRs to a high level of
performance. This individual will also manage other key programs
including the Referral program to drive qualified leads from the
client base and partners alike. What You'll Do:
- Establish a sound program and group infrastructure partnering
with the Technology team to ensure that team members are working on
a platform that enables day to day success with identification of
development areas to drive higher performance.
- Create a data-driven outbound nurturing machine. Implement a
winning playbook for BDRs, partner with the Marketing to drive
compelling content and arm BDRs with Sales tools to drive to First
- Work with Sales and other key organizations including Client
Success Partners to drive Client Referrals and help manage the
Employee Referral program. Drive additional lead flows leveraging
training, technology and BDR Sales tools.
- Build a performance driven culture. Approach all Marketing
leads with an unyielding commitment to ensuring no wasted
investment or misrepresentation of the ProService brand.
- Build up to a team of 4-6 employees. Ensure the continued
skills and professional development of each team member, fostering
a combination of both high-level performance and personal pride and
enjoyment of working on the ProService marketing team. What Makes
You A Great Fit:
- Savvy with Sales and Marketing technology. Extensive use and/or
understanding of Sales automation and optimization tools such as:
SalesForce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Velocify, ZoomInfo,
- Solid critical reasoning. Ability to deconstruct problems and
attack assumptions, leading to well-founded strategic decisions.
Nuanced thinker who sees insights others don't and is able to adapt
current approaches accordingly.
- Process oriented but creative. Drive to standard operations for
performance but also tests novel concepts as part of a scalable,
repeatable, robust process to ensure consistent results.
- Analytical approach. Adept at disciplined, astute test design,
generating actionable insights. Experienced with data analytics,
advanced use of Excel, and database mining. Able to work in a fast
paced environment and adapts with the latest information.
- B2B marketing acumen. Understands, masters, and enjoys the
particularities of B2B marketing and the mindset of small- and
medium-size business owners and HR managers.
- Managerial reporting. Knows how to package results from core
activities and initiatives into logical, crisp, professional
- Marketing experience 8+ years in marketing leadership roles, 3+
years in B2B demand generation/ Sales development roles.
- Sales Operations experience preferred with demonstrated
proficiency in developing outbound calling campaigns, etc.
- Experience with Channel Marketing. Success in building and
managing channel and referral marketing programs. Why Join our
