Description Customer Relationship Management Manager
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for managing all email
marketing initiatives for the Prince Resorts Hawaii portfolio and
its digital email distribution programs. This includes the content
creation and deployment of email/newsletters for the Prince
Waikiki, The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.
Additionally, they will be responsible for newsletter
creation/distribution for all golf courses, resort club memberships
and for guest and travel agent loyalty programs. This position is
also responsible for maintaining and increasing the resort's
customer relationship management system (database) and utilizing
its full potential as a resource to further develop customized
email and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop relevant content for each hotel and the island
destinations on a monthly basis.
- Work with the food and beverage, golf course, beach services,
club membership and marketing departments to coordinate content for
timely emails and newsletters on a monthly basis.--
- Work with the Director of Marketing and Directors of Sales and
Marketing to create regular newsletters for the Prince Preferred
consumer loyalty program.
- Work with the Sales, Catering and Conference Services
departments to coordinate regular email/newsletters to their client
database and travel agent loyalty programs (Plumeria Club).
- Effectively track and measure all results from each digital
marketing campaign and adjust as needed to maximize open rate and
- Conduct A/B testing strategies and improve upon existing and
email marketing initiatives.
- Work with Compliance and IT to ensure PRH is in compliance with
all email regulations globally.
- Identify new opportunities for email marketing campaigns to
drive revenue, improve customer engagement and digital
- Manage all data and programs in the CRM for the hotel,
restaurants, PRH loyalty, membership clubs and golf courses.
- Oversee all processes and integration points as well as analyze
current data collection strategies, database health, ongoing data
integrity checks and customer profiles in the CRM.
- Monitor the daily/monthly database growth and implement best
practices for opt-in list growth, database retention and quality.
Other Duties: - Perform other duties as needed and assigned by
Directors of Sales & Marketing, Marketing Manager/MKR, as well as
Director of Marketing/PW. Working Conditions: - Office setting -
Inter-island and other travel as necessary Work Hours: - Must be
able to work flexible schedule to meet goals - Must be able to work
in excess of 40 hours per week Equipment Use: - Proficient in the
use of a computer with Outlook email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
InDesign, and Photoshop - Proficient in the use of property PMS,
CRM and other hotel systems. - Ability to use various office
equipment including but not limited to telephone, calculators,
photocopiers, scanners, and facsimile machines. Mental and Physical
Demands: - Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet multiple
deadlines.-- - Able to manage stressful and challenging situations.
- Ability to sit, stand and walk continuously for the duration of
the work shift. - Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. - Ability
to drive and travel outside the State of Hawaii. Communication
Demands: - Must have the ability to professionally communicate
verbally and in writing to employees, department managers, guests
and clients. - Ability to conduct presentations and meetings in a
professional and friendly manner. - Minimum 3 years work related
experience in marketing and hospitality. - Previous experience
working with Salesforce and Opera systems highly preferred. - Must
be able to work in a team environment and be personable. - Must be
