Are you a night owl who is an experienced Restaurant Manager? Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel is looking someone like you to join our Hotel management team! Our M.A.C. 24/7 Restaurant is re-opening 24-hour operations. If you have at least 3 years restaurant experience in a fast-pace environment, a heart a leader, willing to coach, able to manage difficult customer situations and have a contagious positive attitude? The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Restaurant, Room Service and the Beverage Department and will oversee up to approximately 30 team members in the restaurant, restaurant to go, lobby bar and pool bar. The Restaurant Manager will report to the Director of F&B and acts as the Manager on Duty for all F&B Outlets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a high volume restaurant with 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must! If you want to take the next step and elevate your career in hospitality management, apply today!


-Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and counseling of all staff members in these departments, the overall condition of the bars.
-Participates in the development of business strategies for restaurant which are aligned with the overall objectives of the hotel
-Develops and implements strategies to achieve revenue and profit goal
-Manages the operation of assigned restaurants and/or lounges
-Develops and implements strategies and practices which support team member engagement
-Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing team members with the training and resources they need to maximize team member engagement and deliver "Can Do" attitude, service and teamwork
Physical Requirements:

-Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
-Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
-Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. 10%
-Minimal pushing and pulling tables up to 20 - 50 lbs 10%
-Carrying up to 5 lbs, occasionally up to 25 lbs 10%
-Continuous standing and walking on feet for an 8 hour shift
-Kneeling, bending & squatting 15%
-Full dexterity using both hands including: grasping and grabbing objects being handled 90%
-Reaching at or above shoulder height for objects 5%
-Must be able to listen and speak clearly on communication devices

-High School Diploma or GED required
-Specialized training in food and beverage service required; ServSafe, TIPS
-At least 3 years in comparable high volume food and beverage service experience preferred: 2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
