We pride ourselves on our company culture and core values: Caring, Character, and Collaboration.The Senior Project Manager is accountable for project planning, coordination, execution, delivery and implementation of large, organization-wide projects. - Successful Project Managers yield a project that delivers the agreed-upon product at the target cost and schedule at a desired and a pre-defined quality level. The Senior Project Manager assures the project completes in a manner which enables the organization to achieve project benefits such as new or improved product sales, reengineered operations, cost reductions and other new efficiencies or cost saving strategies.By demonstrating leadership and the requisite project management skills, the Senior Project Manager has effective control over the day-to-day activities and is responsible for effective management of team members. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager plans all work in compliance with the bank's Investment Planning Process (IPP) and Project Life Cycle (PLC) while ensuring all work completed by project team members is also compliant.Throughout the life of a project, the Senior Project Manager plans, monitors and executes project activities, obtains staffing commitments among departments, manages risks and issues and assures the quality of all project activities. - It is the responsibility of the Senior Project Manager to visualize, articulate and document the project strategy necessary to achieve the project objectives within its designated Cost, Schedule, Requirements, and Quality parameters.Required Qualifications10 years' experience managing transformational, complex end-to-end programs, involving multiple projects in an enterprise-wide context.Proven experience in planning and managing complex, cross-organizational, transformational program and project outcomes.Proven experience in planning and managing enterprise initiatives in a bank environment.Bachelor's degree in a business or technology management discipline or equivalent project management experience managing small to medium projects with matrixed organization management.Preferred QualificationsPMP Certification as granted by the Project Management Institute.Agile/Scrum or Lean Certification (ACI, Agile Certification Institute)CBAP Certification (IIBA, International Institute of Business Analysis)QA and Testing Certification (IIST, International Institute of Software Testing)Experience in managing a complex program or project budget and teams involving more than $2 million to plan. Experience working in both a 'time and materials' and 'fixed price' contract environment.Knowledge of program and project management best practices, including knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies. Experience identifying and mediating risk. Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team.Proven track record in relationship building with key decision-makers.Excellent program and change management skills and ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and teams with competing demands for resources.Ability to customize presentation goals and method to each unique audience from C-level to project management contacts.Business acumen and ability to read and synthesize various analyses and quantitative models.Must be able manage workload to critical deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication.Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
