We do this by providing our physicians with innovative and powerful software tools to improve quality of care for their patients.We are seeking a Provider Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your excellent people and communication skills to work alongside our clients, providing revenue cycle management expertise and strategic management to their business operations. You will also serve as the liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.   • Establishes and maintains positive, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for learning about each client practice in depth (Organization context: Total staff count, financials, processes/workflows, specialty, etc.)
  • Capturing what each client/practice values
  • Understanding who is their target audience
  • Serves as a liaison between client and TeamPraxis to appropriately advocate optimization opportunities
  • Identify, explore, and strategize how to obtain new business opportunities with assigned clients. This includes scheduling meetings with potential business partners, creating proposals, and analyzing data to provide practice solutions
  • Follows up as needed with client's issues to ensure appropriate client satisfaction has been accomplishedPractice Coaching
    • Educate practices on value-based care and reimbursement models
    • Identify and educate practices on opportunities for operational and quality improvement
    • Facilitate and coach through implementation of planned changes
    • Advise practices on process improvement progress and challenges
    • Maintain current and accurate records of client activities Other Duties
      • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives
      • Collaborate closely with internal departments to provide excellent service to our clients
      • Responsible for the facilitation of monthly meetings with all internal and external stakeholders
      • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
      • Providing business updates on where the practice is heading using data and financials
      • Provide clarity and recommendations for next steps (Where we started, where we are, where we are going)
      • All other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications

        • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
        • 2+ years progressive RCM or Healthcare experience preferred
        • 2+ years of Account Manager and/or Client Development experience preferred
        • Experience working with Practice Management and CRM Software Systems
        • Proficient in MS Suite of Apps
        • Understanding of pertinent regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA
        • Excellent written and verbal skills
        • Proven ability to run external meetings independently
        • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Executive and C-Suite level
        • Ability to meet deadlines and turnaround times set by direct manager with minimal direct supervision
        • Ability to be agile in an innovative, dynamic workplace
        • Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines, while maintaining a keen attention to detail
        • Proven ability to work collaboratively and professionally within a team, across an organization
        • Physical requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
        • Must have reliable access to a four wheeled automobile for use in the performance of duties
        • Must have valid driver's license issued within the United States and personal automobile insurance
        • Work schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday (Flex schedule available upon manager approval)
