Our Technical team at New Century Health is looking for a Scrum
Master to be part of the Enterprise Data Warehouse & Business
Intelligence (EDWBI) team to help manage product development
processes following Agile methodology and SCRUM.**What You'll Be
Doing:** This position will be responsible to deliver quality
features development in a SCRUM environment ensuring that members
of the team follow through on their respective duties and
responsibilities. The core duties include :+ Integrate current
delivery approach into an Agile SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
process and customize it to serve New Century Health needs+ Guides
and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and
principles to deliver high quality products and services to our
customers.+ Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the
team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines on
day-to-day basis. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint
Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective+
Develop and use metrics to ensure successful delivery and
predictability of the development operations and quality standards+
Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the
effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.**The
Experience You'll Need (Required):** - Bachelor's degree and 4
years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of
project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent
combination of education and work experience - Demonstrated
experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an
organization and an understanding of facilitation technique - Scrum
Master or Agile certification (SAFe, PSM, CSM, CSP, CST, PMI-ACP,

The minimum salary for this position is $120,000, plus benefits.
Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position
and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the
stated amounts.
