Description: The Financial Center Manager will manage a Financial Center team of less than ten full time employees or manage a single Financial Center. The FCM will be responsible for creating a team environment & driving a member-centric culture to make members financial lives better. This position will develop PenFed s financial center team(s) to provide an exceptional member experience, understand the needs of our members, & ensure members are introduced to/provided with the most appropriate solution to improve their financial lives. In addition, they will be responsible for the day-to-day performance and overall management of the Financial Center. What we Offer:

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • 4+ years related work experience as a manager in a financial institution
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience building, leading, managing &coaching a team
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products & solutions
  • Branch/multi-branch management experience in mortgage, retail, or hospitality (if not within financial industry)
