General Manager/Resident Manager Lead, manage and execute your

condominium community that includes two buildings and 308 units.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The General Manager/Resident Manager calls
upon their extensive Property Management experience, including
budgeting, reserve planning, daily maintenance operations, staff
management, superior customer service, and contract knowledge, to
efficiently and effectively maintain the property and serve its
owners. A comprehensive understanding of the mechanical operation
of a building envelope is required. Additional requirements include
the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented, computer literate
with knowledge of office software, and exceptional interpersonal,
organizational, verbal and written communication skills.The ideal
candidate must have a proven track record and previous or current
experience as a General Manager or Resident Manager in a large
condominium. Resident Manager candidate is preferred and may
include housing at the property. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES The
General Manager/Resident Manager must be able to: Provide
outstanding customer service to unit owners and residents. Be the
primary contact for residents, employees, vendors and contractors.
Oversee, supervise and direct on-site personnel and schedule work
hours and assignments. Coordinate new employee orientation and
training as well as skills training updates. Prepare, code and
transmit invoices and internal documents to Managing Agent.
Coordinate all vendors/contract workers on premises, ensuring
compliance with rules/laws. Create requests for proposals, obtain
and organize bids for complex projects. Infuse leadership and
organizational coordination into capital improvement projects.
Communicate with the Board of Directors and follow through on
directives as assigned. SALARY: Negotiable BENEFITS: Medical,
dental, vision Vacation Sick leave WORK SCHEDULE: Full time, 8:00
a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Saturday (may
occasionally be required)Must be on call for major
