Information Systems Project Managerat SMX(View all jobs) (https://www.smxtech.com/careers/)Honolulu, HISMX is currently seeking an **Information Security Project Manager** to support USINDOPACOM PEO-C4's portfolio of programs in Honolulu, HI. The Information Security Project Manager will serve as the primary management point of contact for contractor support, overseeing accomplishments of IT, communications, and cybersecurity tasks and contract deliverables.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Oversees and ensures that the appropriate operational security posture (e.g., network and system security, physical and environmental protection, personnel security, incident handling, security training and awareness) is implemented and maintained for an information system or program.+ Advises the Authorizing Official (AO), an information system owner, or the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) on the security of an information system or program.+ Allocates appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within given time and budget+ Reports status, develops program/project-related documentation, implements lessons learned and updates and maintains production and quality metrics for assigned program and projects+ Effectively interact with the Authorizing Official (AO) regarding to all types of Approving Official Authorizations to include Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) as well as requests for the Authority to Connect (ATC) within the Approving Officials AOR+ Orchestrates/develops operational data calls, report outs, and performance products as required to support and bolster SMX's posture for current and future business+ Ensures that contract service, quality, and performance requirements are met and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) is maintained+ Provide direction leadership over enterprise services and IT systems activities in support of customer's strategy development and budget and cost management+ Liaison between government and program senior management to ensure alignment of services and IT strategy, proposals, and execution of contract requirements+ Information services may include the design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise:+ IT systems and strategies, estimating and proposals, requirements development, systems and application integration, program security execution and compliance (including FedRAMP & Risk Management Framework) and related disciplines+ Works with human resources and talent acquisition to manage and oversee the recruitment, hiring, retention and development, training, and compensation of employees to assure compliance with contract requirements and HR policies+ Oversee proposal development, staffing plan development, product and service acquisition and delivery, teaming relationships and communication activities, thereby ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction.**Required Skills and Experience:**+ Clearance Required: TS/SCI+ Polygraph preferred+ Ten (10) years of experience in program/project management with prior experience in network/system management, integration, and test, and/or system deployments supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers+ Recent experience (minimum 2 in the last 10 years) supporting DOD/IC Information Technologies requirements+ Expert level understanding of the DoD RMF and/or FISMA+ Demonstrated experience leading RMF Policy development+ Experience leading and mentoring ISSO staff+ Deep understanding of DOD enterprise frameworks and risk management+ Ability to manage personnel providing the full spectrum of IT support to a secure DOD facility operating on government domains+ Experience with multiple operating systems (e.g., UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco IOS)+ Experience with auditing security controls and STIG compliance+ Experience with RMF management tool such as eMASS or Xacta+ Minimum IAM Level II certification (i.e., CASP, CISSP)\#LI-KK1 #cjpostOur tradition of delivering innovative, technical solutions dates back to 1995, however, you may know us better by one of our legacy company names: Trident Technologies, Smartronix, Datastrong or C2S Consulting Group.
