Oahu Country Club is looking to hire an Assistant Restaurant
Operations Manager.This position will be responsible for managing
the restaurant while ensuring outstanding dining experiences for
members and guests. This role will provide positive guidance and
direction to hourly staff through effective coaching and
counseling, leading by example, being fair and consistent, and
being able to work well under pressure.This is a hands-on position
requiring significant time on the floor interfacing with the
associate team, club members, and guests. It is a high guest
contact position and requires a person with a warm and outgoing
personality with a high level of knowledge in foodservice, food
products, and beverage/alcohol products. This position is part of
the food & beverage service delivery team.This position is required
to wait tables, bus tables, bartend, assist with schedules,
marketing, the printing of collateral, and menus, and perform all
that is necessary to ensure the Club is meeting the needs and
expectations of all who use our facilities.Salary: $52,000 to
$56,000 per year.We offer other awesome benefits for eligible
