Job Description
The Manager Cabin Appearance has overall responsibility for the cleanliness and condition of the passenger cabins of U.S. Aviation Services' Airline Partners
Our Goal is to provide each airline partner we service quality service of their aircraft.
The Duty Manager Cabin Appearance achieves and maintains a noticeably clean condition of the cabins through effective development, implementation and ongoing management of cabin cleaning programs. Cabin cleaning programs consist of training, documentation materials, supplies, policies, procedures, forms, audits and implementation and oversight of corrective actions when necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following: Deliver clean aircraft every day:
Assist Director with implementation and oversight of cleaning policies and procedures in the field. Oversee the cleaning audit program, updating and defining it as needed. Oversight of the audit program will include periodic travel to conduct audits in the outer islands and follow up on results.
Monitor performance and work with station managers and business partners on corrective action plans as needed. Develop and manage to a cabin cleaning budget.
Maintain Inventory of supplies
Deliver an effective cleaning training program: Manage the cleaning training program, updating it regularly as policies or procedures change.
Ensure compliance with training requirements at all stations. Communicate training changes; deliver cleaning training in the field when appropriate.
Deliver appropriate policies and procedures: Work with the Corporate department on approvals for cleaning materials and supplies. --- Serve as owner of the Cabin Appearance Manuals for all contracts.
Communicate to and educate team members on new procedures or policies
Develop reports and present to senior management. Publish cabin appearance bulletins and newsletters to appropriate audiences.
Receive feedback from Business Partners , about the cleanliness of aircraft and follow up promptly with stations to respond to reports of procedures not being followed or aircraft with specific cleaning needs.
Respond directly to such reports to provide feedback to stakeholders on corrective actions taken. May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g. emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments).
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs. Minimum 3 years' experience in related field --- Airline Cabin Appearance: Deep understanding of the many dynamics, procedures, challenges and oversight of airline cabin appearance programs, allowing the Manager Cabin Appearance to fully own all business processes associated with this important strategic objective. Operations Management: Solid understanding of airline operations with a special emphasis on the dynamics, structure and challenges associated with station operations, leading to an ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with station personnel. People Management: ability to lead, influence and motivate teams of people that do not report to this position, causing them to deliver and execute on the airline's cleaning programs with the highest levels of performance. Financial Management: solid experience in budgeting and financial management, leading to an ability to effectively manage to and within approved budgets. Ability to develop zero-based department budgets. Planning and organizing: Accurately scopes out tasks and projects, sets goals, breaks down work into process steps, develops schedules and assigns resources.
Uses resources effectively to obtain optimal results. Looks to the future, anticipates future needs and requirements, and acts early to ensure future needs are met.

Is dedicated to providing the highest quality results at the lowest total cost. Always gets more accomplished with less resources (people, time, money).

Frequently stands, walks, sits, and uses eye/hand coordination, color definition. Must be able to lift 75 pounds consistently. Work under pressure while still maintaining near 100% accuracy. Ability to work independently on multiple assignments. Highly approachable professional demeanor In-depth knowledge of airport operations.
