Job Description:
We are currently seeking a customer-focused, self-motivated,
goal-oriented Relief Service Manager to join Service Delivery
Division. In this role, you will provide relief coverage for the
Service Supervisor/Manager at various branches throughout the state
during periods of absences such as vacancies, illness, or
vacations. Responsible for managing branch operations and resolving
complex customer issues and inquiries. Oversees the Oahu Relief
Teller and Banking Consultants Pool and performs Relief Customer
Service Representative and Teller duties as needed._The successful
candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns
with their experience._ The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's
degree in Business or equivalent work experience required. Minimum
of 4-5 years in bank operations, with 5 years of supervisory
experience required. Experience requirements can be gained
concurrently. Frequent contact with Bank personnel at all levels.
Contact with external parties such as bank customers and vendors.
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Leadership, organization, and
problem solving skills. Ability to use 10-key adding machine and
type 40 wpm. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows
