Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic, collaboration-focused
individual, with a track record of successfully leading
organizations through change, to be our Senior Vice President &
Change Management Division Manager. In this role, you will serve as
First Hawaiian Bank's thought leader, focusing on driving
sustainable longer-term change within the organization. The
position will routinely coordinate with the transformation office,
initiative owners and leaders at all levels to deliver a holistic
set of tools and best practices used to facilitate change and
ensure a successful transformation. Initial responsibilities will
include designing, constructing and building-out the Change
Management Division within the Bank. Once established, the Change
Management Division Manager will oversee the enterprise change
managers who will advise in the creation and implementation of
change management strategies and plans that maximize employee
adoption and minimize resistance. This role will work to drive
faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater
proficiency of the large-scale changes that impact employees in the
organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI
and the achievement of results and targeted outcomes. The ideal
candidate will have Bachelor's degree in Industrial and
Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development,
Organizational Effectiveness, Business Administration,
Communications, or related field. Master's degree in Industrial and
Organizational Psychology, or MBA with a focus in Change
Management, or Master's degree in a related field preferred Change
Management Certification from a professional organization such as
ACMP, Prosci, MSI, or comparable Ten years' experience in
developing and executing communications/engagement, change
management programs, culture building, and capability building
programs within a large organization, including communication plans
for large functions, behavior change strategies, employee
engagement and talent development Proven ability to deliver
large-scale enterprise change management solutions leading critical
complex transformations in fast-paced, highly charged environments
on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines Familiarity with
