of the system.**Job Description:**At Regions, the Community Affairs
Charitable/Philanthropic Program Administrator oversees one or more
enterprise-wide philanthropic programs that enhance our community
impact and relationships across our footprint.**Primary
Responsibilities**+ Serves as a community liaison and represents
the organization with community organizations, customers, and
community leaders+ Creates and disseminates communications about
philanthropic activities to associates and other stakeholders+
Creates monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc corporate reports+
Prepares documentation required for audits+ Researches trends to
provide recommendations to Community Affairs executives for
programs that positively impact the community in three strategic
priorities: economic and community development, education and
workforce readiness, and financial wellness+ Engages Community
Affairs team with learnings and insights from philanthropic
activities+ Ensures that process metrics are within guidelines by
testing processes periodically+ Accountable for the risk evaluation
and associated compliance for impact investments+ Manages all
quarterly reports and produces board and committee meeting
packages+ Prepares a full diligence package for impact investments
including both quantitative and qualitative factors such as
charitable purpose, financial viability, valuation, and
organizational assessment+ Works autonomously and acts as a
resource to associates with less experienceThis position is exempt
from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act
and is not eligible for overtime pay.**Requirements**+ High School
Diploma/GED and nine (9) years of community development or related
experience+ Or a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of community
development or related experience**Preferences**+ Bachelor's degree
in Business, Finance, Non-Profit Management, Philanthropic Studies,
or related degree+ Subject-matter expert level of understanding
related to accounting and finance, financial statements, and cash
flow analysis**Skills and Competencies**+ Advanced analytical/
problem solving capabilities+ Advanced presentation skills+
Excellent organizational and time management skills+ Executive
presence and ability to communicate with various levels of
management+ Familiarity with the Community Reinvestment Act and its
reporting regulations+ Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
proficiency+ Professional persuasive and interpersonal
skillsResponsible for managing foundation grants and
mission-related loans and investments to deliver better results.
The Portfolio Manager will build a framework for analyzing the
impact of the foundation's grants and community investments
portfolio. The analysis generates insights to inform philanthropic
strategy, and to increase our thought leadership in our
philanthropic focus areas, both internally and externally.+ Manages
Foundation Grants Portfolio:+ Manages grants portfolio reporting
and performance, both at the individual level and as a whole+ Works
with foundation and non-profit teams to develop and implement
portfolio objectives and goals+ Creates strategic analysis
framework for each strategic philanthropic priority (e.g.,
workforce development, small business development, housing, etc.)+
Meets with each grantee to create an impact report template that is
informative and mutually beneficial+ Effectively implements
portfolio management strategies and produces reports, analysis and
insights that inform grant making+ Manages report collection and
analyses, addresses, and responds to issues in a timely fashion and
involves Foundation Operations Manager and Executive Director as
needed, to balance relationship with grant reporting requirements+
Identifies and disseminates benchmarks, and develops specific
thought leadership in our philanthropic priorities+ Presents
learnings and results to Audit and Finance Committee, Contributions
Committee or Foundation Board, as appropriate+ Manages Foundation
Impact Investment Portfolio:+ Manages foundation impact investments
reporting and performance+ Works with foundation treasurer to
ensure compliance to tax and accounting requirements+ Performs
due-diligence and documents decisions for impact investment
opportunities+ Supports the success of portfolio loans and
investments and assists in the ongoing learning, evaluation, and
management of individual transactions and overall portfolio+
Implements and communicates investment related changes based on
Investment Portfolio Statement and grant making strategies+
Presents learnings and results to Audit and Finance Committee,
Contributions Committee or Foundation Board, as appropriate+
Creates Data Base for Grant Results+ Develops data process,
documentation, customizes IT systems, data base and user interfaces
for grant results+ Implements data process to facilitate and
amplify learnings and enhance portfolio management ongoing
