We are actively seeking a Principal Consultant to join our team. Our consultants are part of an expanding,collaborative team based primarily in the Mid-Atlantic area (but with consultants across the country). Key practice areas include Strategic Innovation, Technology and Architecture, Integrated Business Analysis, and Information Management and Governance. Engagement domain areas includeBioPharma Research, Preclinical, Product Development, Clinical Development, Regulatory andManufacturing with a focus on enabling technologies.**POSTION SUMMARY**Our Principal Consultant, Data Management & Governance will, as ResultWorks expands, apply strongBioPharma R&D industry, process, and technical knowledge to manage and lead a practice area withinResultWorks and will lead the delivery of process and technology consulting projects to our clients.Projects may involve data strategy, governance, architecture, data standards and ontology definition,and related solution definition and selection in support of Life Sciences R&D initiatives.The Principal Consultant, once acclimated to ResultWorks methodology and approach, will beresponsible for developing client relationships, overseeing practice engagements, directly leadengagements, and identifying business expansion opportunities within the assigned practicearea. Consulting engagements may involve strategy development, information architecture, businessprocess analysis, business/technical requirements definition, technical assessments, solution definitionand selection, and implementation roadmap/blueprint development. In addition to identifying expansion opportunities, the Principal Consultants also partners with our sales team to assist with development of proposals for expansion and new opportunities.
