Job Description:

• Lead the identification, documentation and maintenance of provider portal requirements across the organization to ensure that all business needs are addressed.
  
  
• Works collaboratively with internal and/or external implementation teams to ensure that requirements are implemented accurately and on schedule.
  
  
• Create project dashboards to track, organize and communicate project status to executive leadership and key internal customers.
  
  
• Define and develop bidirectional communication strategy to share roadmap status to internal teams and capture provider feedback as it pertains to industry standards.
  
  
• Build, support, and maintain effective communication strategies with enterprise stakeholders and external product vendors/third parties.
  
  
• Compile reports about incidents, events, and updates regarding processing issues and data conflicts. Direct resolution of identified issues and monitor measures to ensure that improvements are maintained.
  
  
• Develop and organize specific goals and tasks that will require educating, motivating, and maximizing utilization of provider portal.
  
  
• Design, coordinate, and perform audits of key functions and enhancements to ensure data and process integrity.
  
  
• Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
