Job Description:
We are a globally-recognized Invisalign orthodontic practice
that specializes in a high-tech, patient-oriented experience. -We
are looking for a Director of Clinical Operations that exhibits a
passion for curating an exceptional patient experience. The right
individual should also -possess creativity in problem solving,
clear process development, team management, and the ability to
uphold high standards for quality. -Excellent leadership and
communication skills are an important capability for this position.
-Position Details
Design a patient's overall treatment
experienceDesign workflows, systems, and processes to ensure
consistent and repeatable resultsTrain, coach, and develop team
members and team leadersDevelop and implement new techniques,
systems, and technologiesProvide backup support for various
positionsScheduling of maintenance for all dental, lab, and
technology equipment Participate in regular leadership
meetingsActively seek new ways to improve systems, processes,
customer service, and team workReport on and ensure all KPI's are
steadily achievedAnalyze metrics and KPI's to ensure consistency
and high performanceBuild and foster excellent relationships with
3rd party vendors and other partners -Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higherPast
leadership position with 10 or more direct reportsPrevious
experience in high-end client experiences -Helpful Characteristics
Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual,
and has a good sense of humorExcellent verbal and written
communication skillsExceptional analytical abilitiesCapability to
motivate team members and drive them toward a common goalThrives

Clinic is open 4 days a week2
Saturdays a monthManagement will need to be accessible outside of
clinic hoursWill be based at both Ala Moana and Pearlridge
