We are looking for an experienced HR Sr. Information Systems
Manager with a strong background in HR technology and operations
who can provide strategic leadership to the Digital Experience
Human Capital Management group. You should be an expert in Oracle
Fusion HCM, with a proven track record of successfully managing
HR/IT governance programs and implementing HR systems. You should
be a skilled communicator with excellent project/program management
skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and
external stakeholders. If you are passionate about driving digital

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement an HR Technology roadmap by creating and
implementing intake and prioritization mechanisms. Ensure on-scope,
on-time delivery of technical solutions by setting up IT governance
programs.
--- Advise HR leaders on innovative solutions to bring the full
suite of Digital HR Technology capabilities to their HR function
and business.
--- Partner closely with the Corporate Technology function for
ongoing Core technology support for HCM and HR Systems, leveraging
Enterprise-wide technology solutions to be implemented within
HR.
--- Lead projects, developing multi-year Digital HR Digital
Transformation Strategies while delivering superior results.
Monitor and identify any project issues to mitigate risks.
--- Partner, manage and support internal and external groups (IT,
vendors, system owners) to deliver the configuration of solutions
and maintenance programs.
--- Maintain a point of view on Digital HR technology trends and
their potential impact on the way our Functional HR team delivers
HR services.
--- Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met, and key
deliverables are accurate.
--- Work closely with the Corporate Technology team to ensure that
our employees receive uninterrupted service and support in
utilizing existing HR technology, including platform management,
system configuration, and integration for existing HCM (Oracle) and
other cross-functional HR systems and applications to ensure a
seamless end-user experience.
--- Manage HR technology vendor contract negotiations to meet
budgetary requirements. Facilitate the integration of HR technology
third-party vendor applications to ensure smooth installation and
interface.
--- Lead and facilitate the process to develop technology
requirements using interviews, business process analysis,
workshops, surveys, and use-case scenarios.
--- Translate project proposals into business use-cases and project
charters that clearly outline resource requirements, staffing
needs, project costs (hardware, software, consulting, etc.),
timelines, and business benefits to guide the completion of
projects.
--- Perform other duties as assigned to support the general purpose
of the position's function.
Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related
discipline - Required
--- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent -
Preferred
--- 5+ years of experience in implementing and providing ongoing
support of HR applications.
--- 3+ years of experience in managing HR/IT governance
programs.
--- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
--- 7+ years of experience in HRIS.
--- 4+ years of experience in project/program management.
