Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Manager - Lending to oversee
a cross functional team and drive the growth and profitability of a
lending product.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the business P&L and meet monthly/yearly targets for
originations, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Develop and communicate the overall strategy for the business,
identify growth opportunities, and drive key product
initiatives
Build and optimize a profitable loan portfolio through pricing,
marketing, and product development
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of related work experience in product management, finance,
or general management; experience in consumer lending is a plus
Proven success in managing high performing, cross-functional teams
and business units
Experience managing a growth P&L and strong analytical
skills
MBA preferred
Strong people management and EQ skills
