    To get you started, you will be part of our Management-in-Training program. You will be provided with the tools needed to be successful in managing a Zippy's location.
    
    Some of the responsibilities and tasks of a Zippy's Manager are:
    • To manage daily operations.
      
    • To continuously look for ways to achieve, maintain and improve service to guests; to ensure food handling in a clean and safe environment; and to produce quality products.
      
    • To help to develop talent, build effective teams, and to train team members to achieve their maximum potential.
      
    • To gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty; to be open to resolve issues and feedback with integrity and authenticity.
      
    • To ensure positive ROI, monitor expenses and resource allocation
      
    • To manage inventory, reviewing monthly inventory levels and ensuring the levels meet our company month supply levels.
