The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a popular California born and brewed family-run specialty coffee and tea retailer that was brought to Hawaii by the Sullivan Family of Companies in 2005. We are passionate about serving customers our carefully handcrafted products including an extensive menu of coffee, tea and beverage innovations exclusive to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and locally made fresh food offerings.The Assistant Manager supports the store manager in running an efficient and profitable operation of a The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that the store meets Company standards in sales, staffing, product quality, visual merchandising, and operations. Assists the Store Manager with the goal of providing customers with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service. This position enforces all procedures in the absence of the Store Manager and coordinates, as necessary, with the Corporate Office. Manages the training of Baristas and Lead Baristas.
