HSFCU Headquarters, Honolulu, Hawaii, United States of AmericaJob DescriptionPosition SummaryResponsible for overseeing the daily operations of the collections team to ensure efficient and effective assistance to members with loan and credit accounts that are delinquent or at risk of becoming delinquent. This role involves managing a team, setting performance targets, and implementing strategies to achieve collection targets while maintaining positive member relationships. The Credit Resolution Section Manager Supervisor will also handle escalated cases, provide training and support to staff, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and credit union policies, guidelines and procedures.Qualifications/Experience

• At least five years related experience in collections.
• Thorough knowledge of first-party collection laws and regulations.
• General understanding of bankruptcy laws and rules.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel and Word for creating form templates.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Excellent communication, telephone, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
