F&BAdvertised Compensation: $22.37 to $26.00 per hourPosition
Purpose:The Manager I (MGRI) assists branch management in executing
QSR or similar restaurant operations. The MGRI ensures the
restaurant is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards, using
prescribed policies and procedures for management
decisions.Essential Functions:
- Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists
according to company policies
- Assist the AGM/GM in supervising daily activities of associates
within a restaurant or points-of-sale
- Participate in hiring, provide input on employee status changes
to the GM
- Assign tasks, prepare schedules, and ensure shift coverage
- Ensure associates take mandated rest breaks and meal
periods
- Maintain clean, stocked, and appealing display areas
- Ensure equipment is in good working order
- Operate cash register, process transactions, follow cash
handling policies, and maintain security
- Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures, report
concerns
- Perform health and safety activities as specified in the
Manager's Guide
- Place orders, receive goods, process invoices
- Maintain current contact information for all
associatesRequirements:
- Ability to work shifts during various operating hours,
including opening, busy periods, and closing
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and
health standards, including HACCP protocolsReporting and
Schedule:The MGRI reports to the General Manager, Director of
Operations, or a Multi-Unit Manager. The position requires a varied
and rotating schedule, including opening, busy, and closing
shifts.Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of food and beverage, cash handling, and
customer service experience
- At least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a
restaurant or kitchen
- Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and communicate
