Job DetailsJob Location: Honolulu, HISalary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 HourlyDescriptionFresh Dining Concepts is the leading Franchisee of ToGo Foods - the Franchisor for Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, and Jamba Juice. We have locations across the United States and are looking to add to our amazing team!Position Summary:A Shift Manager functions as the person in charge of the store in the absence of, or as directed by the General Manager, the Assistant Manager, or Store Manager for the duration of their assigned shift. You will be executing store operations, supervising Team Members, and delegating tasks as necessary. The Shift Manager is responsible for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Jamba Juice, or Carvel products to guests, and for maintaining the store premises and equipment, in accordance with Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon operation standards and policies. This role is critical in providing our guests with an outstanding experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform all Team Member responsibilities such as preparing dough and other products (lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt), including rolling, twisting, dipping, shaping, baking, and bagging pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt.
  • Prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's.
  • Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel/Cinnabon trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color.
  • Oversee exceptional customer in-store experience by embodying the brand core values (F.I.B.E.R. and B.O.O.S.T.) at all times.
  • Execute and deliver quality store operations, including cleaning blenders, small wares, merchandise, and store facilities as necessary.
  • Operate food preparation machinery as per age requirements.
  • Maintain stock of all supplies per inventory guidelines.
  • Adhere to all food safety and security guidelines while respecting property.
  • Master store station operations.
  • Provide consistent, healthy products following health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Support brand adherence and train team members.
  • Dip, drain, and fill pretzels/Cinnamon in warmers/hot plates.
  • Prepare drinks and bag orders using appropriate health and safety measures.
  • Coordinate team activities, meal breaks, and breaks per law.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events.
  • In case of call-offs or no-shows, contact the Store Manager or Assistant Manager and suggest solutions.
  • Monitor product quality and adherence to procedures; handle complaints as needed.
  • Ensure guest service and a positive experience.
  • Address guest needs, questions, and complaints.
  • Perform opening/closing procedures, including maintenance and cleaning.
  • Manage store funds during shift, including issuing and replacing shift drawers/tills and making change.
  • Run register reports, complete Daily Cash Reports, and sales logs.
  • Follow cash management policies.
  • Comply with all policies and relevant regulations.Qualifications
    • Must be 18 years or older.
    • 6 months to 2 years of retail management, food service, or equivalent experience.
    • Current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
    • Basic math and reading skills.
    • Ability to operate a calculator accurately.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Leadership and coaching skills.
    • Strong guest focus and positive attitude.
    • Availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Compliance with health and sanitation laws.Preferred Qualifications include experience with computers, POS systems, and general knowledge of food or retail operations.Job Requirements/Physical Demands
      • Prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand/arm motions.
      • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
      • Work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Occasional long hours as required.Age and Certification Requirements
        • Minimum age for oven operation: 16 years old.
        • Minimum age for mixer operation: 18 years old.
        • Reliable transportation.
        • Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
