At TEKsystems, we are working with a local company seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating large enterprise-level projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, including operational and IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment and success.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation of project outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and methodologies.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Must be located in Hawai'i.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
