Pulmonary Disease Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate: $251.00 - 263.00

This facility is seeking aPulmonary Disease Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Setting: Outpatient Clinic or Telemedicine
Types of Cases: Asthma, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and sleep disorders
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days
Requirements: Board Certification, Active Hawaii license and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
