TRAVELERS MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO FLOAT TO OTHER UNITS BASED ON OPERATIONAL NEEDS.TIME OFF WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATEDALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS??36 hours/week - Day/Night rotationEPIC REQUIREDThese assignments are for the Honolulu (Punchbowl campus).BSN Preferred.Must have 12 months of Tele RN experience within the last 5 years.In addition, must have 12 months of Med/Surg RN experience within the last 5 years.BLS and ACLS certification must be valid for the duration of the assignment.NOTE: travelers with completed COVID vaccinations, will still hold to current practice that Traveler must have COVID test results in hand when boarding flight to Honolulu and will take second COVID test on Day 5 after arrival. Additional TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS?? PARKING: Punchbowl campus: Parking is not approved for on the Punchbowl campus. If the traveler elects to park on campus at Punchbowl, it will be at their expense. Parking on campus can run up to $50/day. Traveler can elect to park at the Neal Blaisdell Center at a cost of $8/day (subject to change). If wearing their Queen s-issued badge, they can catch the Employee Shuttle to/from Queen s/Blaisdell. PARKING: West O ahu campus: Parking is $15/month. The traveler will arrange parking via the West O ahu HR department. Shuttle: 773-4508 Subject to change at any time 5:00am 9:00am - Continuous 9:00am -2:00pm - Call as needed 2:00pm-6:00pm - Continuous 6:00pm 5:00am - Call as needed Time-Off Request during contract term is not allowed.
