About Us
As a member of the Queen's Clinically Integrated Physician Network
(QCIPN), you will be involved in efforts to improve population
health for our network. - As the quality coordinator, you will
oversee performance improvement initiatives, design workflows and
lead workgroups to enhance and optimize services and programs
provided by QCIPN. -You will support the development and
implementation of QCIPN quality improvement programs and ensure
adherence to established plans, and that goals and objectives are
met.

The ideal candidate is reliable, collaborative and detail oriented
with health care experience including experience in quality
improvement and project management. - They will possess strong
analytical, computer, and communication skills as well as a talent
for devising innovative solutions for complex problems. - The ideal
candidate possesses strong knowledge and experience with
Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and expertise related to
value-based payment structures.

Responsibilities
I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- - Coordinates projects and leads workgroups to enhance/optimize
services and programs provided by The Queen's Clinically Integrated
Physician Network (QCIPN).
--- - Supports the development and implementation of QCIPN quality
improvement programs and ensures adherence to established plans,
and that goals and objectives are met. -
II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
--- - Essential: finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking. -
--- - Continuous: sitting, static gripping of an object for
prolonged periods. -
--- - Frequent: walking. -
--- - Occasional: standing, stooping/bending, climbing stairs,
walking on uneven ground, lifting and carrying usual weight of 1
pound up to 5 pounds, reaching above, at and below shoulder level,
frequent gripping of an object.
--- - Operates computer, calculator, telephone, fax and
printer.
III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
--- - Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental
conditions.
IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. - EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
--- - Bachelor's degree in health care related field; or four (4)
years quality improvement and/or project management experience may
be substituted for the educational requirement.
B. - EXPERIENCE:
--- - In addition to the educational requirement, three (3) years
health care experience including experience in quality improvement
and project management, preferably in a comparable health care
organization.
--- - Prior leadership/supervisory experience.
--- - Prior experience working with physicians and organizational
leadership.
--- - Experience to demonstrate the following:
- o - Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation
applications.
- o - Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data and make
recommendations.
- o - Ability to effectively communicate project expectations to
all project stakeholders.
- o - Ability to develop and manage full-scale project plans and
associated communication documents.
