Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a Facility NA/CNA. This position will be a full-time, individual contributor role in the franchise industry based in Honolulu, Hawaii. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide outstanding physical care to our clients in accordance with accepted practice. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a salary of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu offers competitive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) options. Responsibilities - Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, meals, errands, transportation, and other needs - Follow and enforce all safety standards and regulations - Formulate and maintain patient assessment documentation - Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition - Assist with medication reminders, medical follow-ups, and follow assigned care plan - Follow Agency protocols including HIPAA and client confidentiality Requirements - State Certification as a nursing assistant/certified nursing assistant - At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting - Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking - Ability to multi-task and follow instructions - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Basic computer skills EEOC Statement Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis protected by law.
