Join our team as a Nursing Manager where you will play a crucial role in supervising nursing and professional staff providing direct patient care in hospice and/or home health settings. As the first line of supervision at one site, you will oversee the delivery of clinical services and ensure compliance with regulations to guarantee the highest quality of care.Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise hospice, palliative care, and home health nurses and aides, ensuring their performance meets established standards.
• Ensure individualized patient care goals are achieved while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and clinical practices to maintain quality standards.
• Develop action plans to enhance staff development and patient care delivery.
• Act as a resource to staff, participating in program management and quality assessment/improvement.
• Review documentation, care plans, and patient satisfaction reports to guarantee quality care.
• Resolve patient/family concerns regarding care and ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements.
• Provide employee training, perform disciplinary actions, and conduct performance assessments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare entities to facilitate patient transitions and address quality concerns.
• Attend case conferences and conduct field visits with Home Health staff to ensure service excellence.Basic Requirements:
  • Minimum three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience in relevant healthcare settings.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing OR four (4) years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid Registered Nurse License (Hawaii) required.Additional Criteria:
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Public Health Nurse (PHN) certificate.
      • Previous nursing supervisory experience and a Master's degree in nursing.
